More to the point, are politicians really convinced by 15-20 minute videos as opposed to, say, a PowerPoint presentation?

I get the impression that politicians are most easily convinced by stacks of twenties.

Stacks of hundreds I would think. There has been inflation over the years and a good (or bad) politician doesn't come cheap.
