Gumshoe's reaction, in voiceover narration: "It
was a big green thing, and it definitely wasn't happy about something."

Maybe Oz from Buffy could teach him a thing or two about not changing...

I remember that he did in one episode (I was the right age for the show at the time). Unfortunately, the martial-arts criminal mob got mean to him (I hate it when that happens).

Looking over the list, there are some items there that I recall being rather touching and well-acted. When the writing allowed it, Bixby could be an extremely effective actor. The despair the he showed when his cure was destroyed in one episode I still remember as being particularly wrenching.

Of course, then there was the episode where the overburdened truck wasn't going fast, and was annoyed. Bummer.

Yeah Bixby could be very good. I still remember when he and Mariette Hartley got married on the show and then she got killed in a hurricane. Very sad.

I just got back from seeing the movie for the second time. I still think it is the bomb, but I wouldn't recommend it to families with small children. It is likely to be too boring or too scary for kids under about ten I'd guess.

One think I thought was neat that no one has mentioned was that they went through most of the extant Bruce Banner hairstyles from his comic history during the course of the movie.
